Relatively new apartment building however letdown by poor decoration and bad construction finishings. Welcoming staff. Wifi very poor frustrating coverage in the rooms we had. No nearby shops or restaurants. Clean rooms.

At first i was nervous it was a building far from anything but close to the airport. However the people are very kind, the room was nice and cool, the breakfast was big. I was pleasently surprised

From the start, Mohamed was quick and helpful with all of his responses before my booking and also arrival. He was very understanding and accommodating. I had a long layover at the Borg El Arab airport and chose to spend the night at the hotel. It was close enough from the airport that I was grateful I had chosen to book a room to have a quiet place and nice bed to sleep in. My flight unfortunately was delayed and arrived 3.5 hours later than originally scheduled, but both the booked driver and hotel waited for me despite the fact it was 3:30am!! They went above and beyond with their hospitality. With much gratitude, I appreciate your efforts and time! Thank you Mohamed and the NJ Royal Hotel staff.
