The host were very nice, very responsive and the place is charming.
James apartment was exactly as advertised. It was clean and tidy. During my six month stay James was very easy to contact if a need arose. I would stay here again. I would highly recommend this place. It is a very short drive to St Louis.
I stayed for a month and it didn't feel like I was renting an AirBnB. It felt homely with all the decor, the privacy, and the quickness of the host to respond to any questions I had. Everything was provided and if I needed anything further, James was very open and offered many suggestions to make my stay even more enjoyable. I had family over that I could not welcome them in due to my work schedule. James was right on it and kept intact with my family as they arrive to welcome them and show them around. He went above and beyond my expectations. I would definitely rent again when I'm in the area!
Great place. I stayed there for 2 weeks with my family who visited from outside the country. James and his staff were very easy to communicate with and always ready to answer questions.the house was clean and located in quiet area. I would definitely stay here again.
I've stayed at the Beall Mansion on a number of occasions and when I learned that the same owners were the proprietors of a two bedroom apartment listed on Airbnb we knew we were in safe hands. James and Sandy are very gracious and accommodating. We had a wonderful time and will definitely stay again the next time we're in town. The apartment was so comfy and inviting.
