Tracy is by far the best host ive had yet. I loved all the small little touches around the property and how helpful she was in all situations. We had an issue with a toaster and it was replaced immediately with great service. Would recommend and visit again.

Tracy's place was great, we had a fab stay. Tracy left thougtful items in the house for us on arrival, which was a lovely touch!

We were a party of 8 (2 grandparents, 2 parents & 4 children [6, 3, 2 & 2] and all fitted well into the property. Most things well catered for and 2 bathrooms particularly most appreciated!The indoor swimming pool on the site was well used and never really crowded at any time. Whilst the weather during our stay was mainly dry and hot on 2-3 days none of the swimming gear really ever dried as there is no outside hanging facility (only a drying 'horse' provided). There doesn't appear to be any outside drying (rotary or lines) allowed anywhere on the site which makes drying clothes etc difficult. The site would definitely benefit from a laundrette (tumble driers) which I'm sure would make the site a lot of money! Whilst there is heating in the property and was included in the price we never used it as reluctant to do so due to energy prices. Overall very pleased and welcome gifts left by Tracy were a nice touch.

Our family had a great stay, loved all the personal little touches, and really appreciated it. Very communicative throughout and helpful in supporting area information and local attractions and recommendations.

We had a wonderful stay. The bungalow was immaculate and had everything we needed - we being 2 adults and 5 children inc. a baby. The location was spot on, a stones throw to all the facilities, and a short drive/walk to the local attractions. Tracy was a friendly and helpful host and made sure our stay was special.
