We had a great time staying at Tom & Marissa's home during a stay to visit with friends and attend a convention in Boston. The home is very spacious with plenty of room to spread out, the enormous kitchen was a favorite gathering area. The upstairs bedroom layout had a few small quirks, but these did not warrant a downgrade in the quality of the home. (For example, one of the bedrooms was difficult to get to, with the only standard door access from another bedroom, and the only other access from a very small door cut off by an angled wall; if kids were staying in this room, it would be perfectly fine, but we had an adult in there) We also had a fluke issue with a handful of wasps that somehow made it inside the 3rd floor area despite the cold temperatures. The hosts responded quickly to offer a trap and some spray. Overall we had a wonderful time and thoroughly enjoyed the home, rent with confidence that your stay will be great as well. Tom and Marissa are incredibly nice! They gave us a tour of the home and welcomed us into the space. There are so many bathrooms! It's a large home with so much coziness. Fantastic for large families and get togethers. Also, Marathon Deli has the best paninis! Thanks again, this was a spectacular place.

Great house with all the necessary utensils, house close to a supermarket. Tom was very helpful when we were having a little problem! We will be back more often!
