Updated country home just minutes to Miami campus. Kroger is about 2 miles away. Nice quiet country road. Completely remodeled summer 2018. Additional master bedroom with private entrance. Guest may use bathroom, kitchen, bedrooms, and living rooms. Garage and rear of property are off limits due to animals.

Quiet and out of town but a quick drive to Miami University. A nice escape from the crowds of Uptown Oxford. Chickens and goats on the property provide a fun distraction out the back window.
