我一定要让大家知道这个民宿有多棒！！这个房子是新注册的 我们五个人是第一个客人 房子比照片上的好很多 离镇上也很近 3公里不到 摩托车10分钟的距离 房子比图片上的大很多 也非常舒服和安全 房东是一个澳大利亚人和一个泰国人 人超级好超级热情 贴心的给我们准备了许多零食 还来车站接我们 第二天又送我们去镇上租摩托车 晚上天黑我们不认识路回民宿了 亲自来带我们回去 真的超暖！因为和我们聊得来 得知我们是下午的班车回清迈 还特意带我们去附近的小村里看漂亮的稻田 瀑布和许多有意思的地方 ps:房东唱歌超好听der 这个房子性价比真的很高 我们五个人都给全5星好评 希望大家不要因为照片难看错过这个温暖的房子 对住宿条件要求不高的一定要试试鸭～ 我真的不是水军！！良心推荐嘻嘻
Wonderful host, wonderful place. 4 minutes outside of the busy town so perfect for a quiet gettaway. Host extremely helpful and a very sweet dog 😊 would recommend

Loved the serenity of our stay here! Spent a lot of time sitting on the terrace overlooking the fields to the mountains. Sunset is so pretty here. What you see is what you get with the flat and our hosts Frits and Tim gave their all to make our stay as great as they could. Loved the fresh passionfruit now and then and that they provided great drinking water! Frits picked us up from the bus station on arrival and helped us get a scooter. You can tell he loves living here in retirement and helps you to enjoy the surroundings like a local. Even took a scooter/motor bike trip to the hot springs with us! The kitchen is good enough to prepare meals even though we ate out a lot. (So cheap and such great health options) Shower had decent waterpressure and and hot water. Wifi worked very well Next supermarket is like 3 minutes walking and it's insane to think that the busy town with loud music and backpackers is only 8 min away by scooter. Out here it's so calm and peaceful. Great Balance. We extended our stay from 7 to total 14 days.

自我介绍
The fully furnished apartment is constructed of bricks and concrete and is completely surrounded by tropical gardens so it very cool inside. It is located in the lower level of a two story house and has a private entrance. The gardens feature a small fish pond and waterfall, and several Buddhist images. The living room features large windows allowing for an un-interrupted view of the rice fields, cattle farm and distant mountains. There is a small patio with outside furniture and car parking space is available. The host, Virut Homjit (known as Tim) is 42 years old and hails from the Isaan region of north eastern Thailand. After attending university he returned to the family rice farm and about 10 years ago he re-located to Pai where he sought employment and regularly works as chef and cooking class assistant. Tim's friend Frits is a retired Dutch-born Australian man who helps to take care of maintenance of the property. Tim has visited Australia on two occasions with Frits. Wiang Nuea is a small village across the Pai River with about 300 houses and is located 2.5 km from central Pai. The villagers are mainly members of the Shan ethnic minority community who migrated from what was previously known as Burma. As long ago 800 years the Shan villagers fought with the northern Thai Lana community over land ownership disputes. A moat was built around the village and remnants of the four village gates still exist. (although new symbolic gateposts have now been erected). There are two historic temples which are still located on the original plots of land. There is also a primary school, various family owned shops, and a fresh food market. The locals are friendly and if you smile when you pass them by they will happily greet you with the words 'Sawadee Khrup'.....
