Having stayed at Pearl's place before I knew I could expect to find lots of practical features and a high level of comfort. I never grew tired of looking at the view, The convenience of being so close to Ayala mall was great. I should also comment on the friendliness of all staff at centrio tower. Thanks Pearl. I hope I can stay at your place again in the future.

Pearl has been my saviour over these past few months. She has provided me with a refuge while I was stranded in Philippines. Such a great place to be stranded. Everything was comfortable and easy to access. Cable tv and wifi provided much entertainment and information. Proximity to the mall allowed lots of food and shopping choices. I could also use the microwave to cook my simple meals and the ref to store fruit, veges and drinks. There was a great view from the window. Pearl was also the perfect host. She was very helpful about whatever I needed. I was amazed when she gave me a food hamper for Christmas. So kind and generous. Thanks so much Pearl. Hope to stay again when Covid restrictions ease making international travel possible.

Thanks so much to Pearl for allowing me to stay in her very comfortable unit for 3 months during covid times. The location could not be better given the restrictions around the pandemic. I spent most of my time indoors so it was essential to have cable tv. NBA was essential viewing. I used the microwave every day to cook my food. The view from the 18th floor revealed the panorama of life in Cagayan De Oro. Pearl was very flexible and accommodating with any requests I may have had, including late check out. I will be back again soon. Thanks Pearl.

For me Pearl's place is a long term stay during covid 19 restrictions. I'm finding it very comfortable - bed, warm shower, microwave, cable tv, refrigerator and wifi. Everything I could ask for while I stay at home most of the time. Pearl is very hospitable as well. Thankyou.
