Lovely location and lots of space. Needs a new fridge as isn't cold whilst upstairs shower doesn't provide hot water for more than 30 seconds. Would I go again? Yes.

The house is set in a beautiful area & garden immaculate. The interiors need upgrading across the board - the showers/bath took 5-10 mins warm & the water pressure/temp in the master shower made it almost unusable. There was an issue with a heated towel rail in our 4 year old's bathroom which was unsafe - we appreciated the managing agent sorting this but the attitude was not great - the first response was very much 'we are unable to help'. The washing machine flooded & whilst we were grateful for this being fixed, the kitchen/utility were left flooded for us to clean up! It was great to have pool guys there to maintain the pool but it would be nice for guests to be advised of what time/days as it felt a little uncomfortable having 3 grown men letting themselves into the garden twice weekly first thing in the morning. Likewise it would be nice not to charge guest for pool towels when paying for the house.

Lovely Villa, beautiful location and pool, next door to the old golf course. A bit pricey, and the interior is a bit outdated, could do with some updates in the bathrooms and kitchen. Would love to have been able to barbecue and grill outside, but no suitable facilities were available. Noisy construction next door, we weren’t told about this, however we were hardly at the house during the day so not a big issue.
