This is our second year staying here. It is a lovely location, easy access into Aberdeen but good for walks down to the beach. Shonagh was very welcoming and responded quickly to any questions. Very comfortable beds and lovely touches with baths salts and hand creams. Thank you and may well see you next year!

Excellent, would highly recommend! Fabulous house with lots of amenities and spotless clean, we felt right at home. Beautiful peaceful surroundings and a fabulous host!

We had such a comfortable week’s stay. The place is extremely well equipped to the highest standard, the interior is modern, spacious and pristine. You have all you could possibly need in a lovely, quiet countryside setting. (I particularly appreciated the high quality cotton sheets). I don’t think the photos do this place justice. We enjoyed walks along the beach (took us about 5 min to walk down to the beach), and visited family in neighbouring villages and in Aberdeen. Not far to good pubs/restaurants and amenities are close by. We never needed to report any issues to Shonagh, but she was very quick to respond when we communicated in the run up to our visit. We would love to come back!

Our 2nd time here. Would have been here more but not available (someone beat us to it) so book it quick! We have booked already for the summer. Quite simply fabulous house, fabulous hosts and fabulous location. The house is all on same level and one step to get in the house so good if mobility issues. The quality of the items in the house is amazing - lovely beds/bedding, sofa/dining and the kitchen is fabulous and VERY well equipped. No tumble dryer but a heated airer and a great washing line area outside. I highly recommend (our favourite Airbnb house) 😍👍

This was our first time staying, and it definitely won't be our last. Shonagh was a perfect host. Quick to communicate, and very friendly. The apartment was ideally placed. I I grew up going to Balmedie beach, although I now live in London. The place was perfect. Everything was spotless. It was warm and friendly with a welcoming Christmas tree! My family loved it! The dog was extremely happy too!
