It is a big and tidy apartment to enjoy vacations. Furnitures are a bit old but still clean. A quiet place to rest and relax.

Araceli fue amable aunque el apartamento necesita varios arreglos: -La campana de la cocina estaba rota, oxidada y llena de grasa con lo que cocinar en un salón comedor se hacía muy desagradable al no haber ventana cerca -El microondas no giraba con lo cual las cosas se quemaban o quedaban días - El plato de ducha estaba picado y oxidado en varios puntos, necesita cambiarse - La lámpara del comedor estaba llena de bichos muertos que se veían al trasluz - El sofá es muy incómodo - Había muebles muy antiguos con algún tirador suelto

L'appartement de Yolanda était très propre, spacieux et le lit confortable. Néanmoins, la douche est petite et la cuisine n'est pas suffisamment équipée pour cuisiner (ustensiles, condiments). Le parking dans la rue est gratuit mais difficile de trouver une place tous les soirs.

The apartment is ok as a base from which to get to different places on the island as there is a great bus service. There is a good choice of supermarkets close by a a range of restaurants to eat in. The apartment itself was clean but cold at night in particular and no heating or sunlight when we weren’t herein February. The bed was comfortable and the main bedroom was very spacious. Great washing machine and drying area for clothes. There is no conventional oven but the induction hob is excellent, but limited bench space to prepare food. The eating area is not great and not very comfortable. The shower and shower area was “challenging to say the least”. We would suggest that the bathroom needs updating in our opinion. Yolanda was excellent in responding to queries and very helpful with suggestions for places to eat. Any issues we had she responded to quickly. Overall,as a base for our stay it met our needs. .
