Spacious, great for larger groups, great location, near to ferry terminal. Everything was perfect only one small thing that’s not so good is that host replying super slow.

Thank you Eric for , we are happy to stay here. the apartment location is very good, downstairs have dessert shop, bubble tea shop, restaurant, etc. So don’t worry for our meal The apartment is big and clean, comfortable for my baby. Next time go Labuan will stay here again.

enjoyed our stay at Eric's place. perfect as we had 3 kids they could play in the living room & loved how convenient it is to go downstairs to get food & beverages as there's many shops. thank you Eric!
