This place was definitely a great value for money and the host was extremely responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Sumphun was a great host, room as described and all the staff were friendly and helpful. He was always responsive when I had issues and would rectify them promptly! It was near the BTS as well and you can hitch a ride from the staff. Plenty of good food options around too. Thank you for the lovely stay :)

We stayed at Sumphun's place for a month and really enjoyed our time there! The view was great and the whole neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. Sumphun also replied to our messages fast. The guy at the front desk was also friendly and always gave us great recommendations on where to go. A few local restaurants, popular cafes, and BTS (train) were just walking distance. The condominium also offers free rides (golf car) to nearby locations. Their female drivers were always helpful and kind. It was also easy to get a Grab or Bolt.

Great area with good links to the BTS. Sumphun was very accommodating and very responsive. The rooftop area very relaxing in the evening and had great views over the city. Would recommend for anyone wanting to stay in Bangkok.
