This place is magical. It is so peaceful and offers a great new experience for most, of staying in a remote area amongst the redwoods, but still very close and easy to get to all that Mendocino has to offer.

We loved our stay at the quiet meadow cottage. It was so beautiful and peaceful. I loved waking up to birds chirping and looking out at the beautiful view. My kids loved the grounds and hammock, and my husband loved reading on the deck in the morning. Would love to come back to mendo area and stay again!

My girlfriend and I had a perfect stay. The cottage was clean and very well put together. The pictures do not do this property justice, you have to see it for yourself. Tom was one of the most helpful and kind hosts I’ve encountered. My girlfriend brought her Polaroid but the batteries were dead. Tom saw us struggling and brought us two new batteries from his own home. I Highly recommend this stay.

Our family of four had a wonderful time at the cottage! It felt like home and was so beautiful and restful. There is so much space outside to explore and the outdoor spaces are both gorgeous and accessible to guests. My kids loved exploring, walking, and discovering little treasures. The cottage itself is very thoughtfully appointed- we felt like it was more spacious than the photos. We had everything we needed and would definitely want to return!
