My friend and I had booked Michael's house for 9 nights to stay and work. Two of our friends drove us to the place, we met the lady who was supposed to check us in, and then Michael called and told us that we would have to pay an extra 40 USD/night per additional person. I tried to explain that they are our local friends & would be visiting us regularly, but Michael insisted on the extra cost. Considering that we had two suitcases with us, it was obvious that only two people would be staying in the little house, but we were not able to find a solution. I left the place, cancelled the booking and asked for a refund. Michael refused the refund. I asked him for a partial refund, knowing that the lady had spent time preparing the place. He didn't even answer anymore. Based on my experience, I would not recommend booking. The place was difficult to find, far out but looked nice. A thing that was a bit odd were the smart security cameras around the house as they can also record voices.
