The place was extremely clean and felt very comfortable to be in. Everything you could need was available and easy to find. For the price it is a great steal and very close to everything. Monica was great about replying and being extremely helpful. My only complaint was that the bed was so firm I spent my trip sleeping on the couch. Not ideal. The bedroom was also very lack luster with one nightstand that was too short for the bed with an old alarm clock on it. Because everything else in the space was amazing the bedroom just stood out. All in all it was a great place to stay, I felt very comfortable (other than the bed), and Monica was a great host.

We loved Monica’s place! Although not on the strip, it’s very centrally located. The condo is very clean and well appointed with everything from silverware to shampoo and we were pleased to find water in the refrigerator. We like firm beds, so both the bed in the bedroom and the pull out couch were perfect for us. If we come back to Vegas, we will definitely try to stay here again.

You get what you pay for. The condo was inexpensive so I wasn’t expecting very much. The surrounding area isn’t very nice or safe. My car and several others were broken into during our stay. It seemed like this may be a common occurrence. The security guard didn’t care at all and they will let anyone into the complex. That said the place is fine for what it is. It’s clean enough and has all the basic necessities. Definitely not a “luxury resort condo” but if you’re only there to sleep it’s good. Definitely good for two people but anymore would be incredibly cramped. Hot tub is way over chlorinated and makes everything smell. The gym is nice for being small and no one else was ever in it. Overall the condo itself is fine but everything thing else around it is quite disappointing.
