Melanie was wonderful superrr hostess before I even decided to stay here. Her warmth and kindness in her messages, plus the consistent positive experiences others had staying at her BNB told me I needed to book a stay here. This was a surprise trip for 12th wedding anniversary get away for my husband and me. I’d always wanted to check out the Pentwater/Ludington shoreline area. I wasn’t able to find anything in Pentwater so I found this gem in my search. Melanie helped w/information about things to do, made dinner reservations for us, and made me feel comfortable to approach her with any questions I might have. We were greeted by her sons Chris and Kyle and they were wonderful. The breakfasts were delicious, the treats incredible…I wish I had more room to eat all the fantastic food they made for us. The home was so cozy, and felt like home. We met other couples who had been regulars to her BNB for 10+ years—and I understood why! Don’t think twice about booking here-Just DO IT!
The Bed and Breakfast was very nice. There were treats available anytime of day including ice cream. Breakfasts offered a wide variety of food including bacon and eggs, homemade muffins, fruit crumble, fruit, yogurt, and potato cubes seasoned to perfection. Melanie and family were super friendly and accommodating.
Before we even left, we were talking about our next trip back. Melanie and her family were incredibly kind and helpful. It was our first time in Ludington and we felt right at home. Melanie has a spread of treats at all hours of the day, we never went hungry. And waters/pop are available at any time. Our room was cozy and had everything we needed. The bed was also super comfy. This is our new happy place. Thank you Melanie for your hospitality, we will see you again next summer!
This BnB was really lovely! Melanie and her family are wonderful hosts. They went above and beyond to make our stay everything we had hoped for. She was very helpful and kind. We will book here again!
