房東很熱情，而且很關心我們，確保我們在墨爾本過的開心。如果有任何問題傳訊息的給他會很快回應，當時我們在雪梨被暴風雨困住，因此晚了一天到達墨爾本，他也理解的退了我們當天的住宿費用。住的地方是很安靜的住宅區，離車站走路約五分鐘，十分鐘就可以到達墨爾本市區，房間乾淨，而且廚房有系統櫃，方便於要煮飯的人。

We had a lovely stay with Aggie! She was so friendly and accomodating, especially because we have moved here to start living. Aggie went above and beyond to help us out and we enjoyed spending time with her son too. The house was so comfortable and clean, close to everything you need and not far from the CBD either! Aggie is the best host!! She’s such a lovely and caring lady trying to always make sure I’m comfy and have everything I need in the room. Her place itself is also superb - super clean and organized yet very cozy and feel like it’s my second home. Proximity to all you need; supermarkets, stations for both trams and trains, tons of lovely cafes. Can’t ask for more, I highly recommend her place⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a great stay with Aggie, she was easy to chat with, very accommodating of our late arrival, and a good host. The place is in an awesome location, a short walk from all of Brunswick’s attractions and to transit. Would stay again!

For my first month in melbourne this home has been great! moved here from Italy and I was feeling like home, really quiet neighborhood, home furnished with any amenities possible. aggie always available for any request and tips for the city. strongly adviced for comfortability about trains, trams and bus services. thanks again, really nice esperience.
