Love, love, loved this place. So close to the parkway, yet so peaceful and serene. We had such a wonderful time just relaxing on the screened porch watching the river and the wildlife. This place is definitely on my favorites list. We are already planning on booking Scott’s place again. Thank you for sharing your adorable place.

We enjoyed our stay at Scott’s place. The unit was easy to find and easy to access with the keypad lock. The unit was clean and tidy. We arrived a bit early and messaged Scott to ask permission to enter early. He immediately replied and we were about access the unit a bit early and not have to stand around waiting. We throughly enjoyed our stay and, given the opportunity, we would stay there again

River Bear is a charming home right in the heart of Pigeon Forge! Very clean and comfortable. Beautifully located right on the river. Perfect for a little getaway or in our case, a week of ball games!

Great place close to all the attractions definitely will stay again .
