Jo was extremely welcoming and helpful. The house was immaculate and beautifully furnished. There was everything we could possibly need including the fresh eggs, milk and bread for our first nights stay. We were all very chilled and the bed so comfy. Great base for exploring. I would thoroughly recommend if you want a rural hideaway.

This property was ideally located for the weekend that we stayed and we will have no hesitation in booking it again when next in the area.

we had a lovely few nights at Joanna's place, the location is perfect for trips to Canterbury/whistable/Herne Bay which is exactly what we were after. The barn it's self was impeccable, had everything we could have needed including a big floor fan which was definitely need for us and the dog! Joanne even had bath salts and hotel style slippers for us! Joanne was a great host and was happy to help with any of our needs (although we didn't have any as everything was perfect). It was perfect for the dog, fully enclosed and gave us great peace of mind to allow the dog outside whilst we were inside. My car felt completely safe in Joanne's front yard. The bed was super comfortable as well as the sofa's. Thanks for having us :)

Had a fantastic few days. Superbly located for whitstable and surrounding areas. Accommodation is great with the added peace of mind of pets really feeling welcomed. Facilities are excellent, and Jo is really welcoming. Highly recommended !
