This rental unit is significantly less expensive than many in Telluride which obviously isn’t a cheap place to visit. The location is on a quiet end of town with easy access to the river trail and the gondola. I would, however, not recommend this place unless you are bringing dogs and are on a budget. I generally know what to expect with pet friendly rentals, but this is the first place I’ve ever stayed that was covered in dog hair upon arrival. The sheets appeared to have been changed but were also covered with black dog hair… It was really strange. There was also dog hair all over the bathmat and stove/kitchen area as well as dirty dishes in the cupboards. I would not have dared use the refrigerator as the ice tray had some kind of black residue inside. The host (not sure who I was speaking to, I was never given a name) seemed unconcerned about these issues & only replied “our team thoroughly inspected the unit before your arrival” which was obviously untrue.

Very nice location with easy walk to river path, gondola and restaurants in town! Will definitely be back!

Magical place! Super close to chair 7 (3 minutes walk) access to jacuzzi, 5 minutes walk from the main street, we will come back for sure and I feel confident recommending this place to any of my friends who want to go to telluride. The place is clean, cozy, I mean we just had the best time.
