Alex took the absolute ******* p**s. I don't understand what's going on with him. He seems like a well-presented, articulate, and intelligent man. Alex, what the **** are you doing? Alex's place is cheap, and I don't punch down in life so I overlook things for the little guy and give them 5 stars when I leave. However ..... Alex let me in, showed me around he did, and said he had a 4.7 and he didn't understand what people expected, "ok" I said. Gave me a rule about turning off the lights he did. "ok" I said. "No talking between 11 pm and 8 am," he said "ok," I said. Got into bed there were hairs! The kitchen was filthy, and so was the bathroom. I didn't want to use the bathtub but I needed a wash. Twice I used the toilet, did my stuff put the seat down, and flushed. Twice I came back to find Alex has left the seat up and pissed on the floor. I couldn't leave soon enough the next day. Left at 7 am without saying goodbye. I didn't feel safe and slept only a few hours.

Alex provides a place that is great value for money. He lives and works from the address, so expect communal areas to reflect this. The location was perfect for getting into Tunbridge Wells centre. Alex is very accommodating and friendly. I would happily stay again.
