Great place to stay for a large group. Larry was very responsive and communicative. We had a group of 11 friends stay here for a local wedding and this was the perfect spot. The hot tub was the star of the show. The views are beautiful and the neighborhood was so quiet I felt like we were on our own island, but target and grocery stores were a quick 10 minute drive down the hill. Would recommend this house.

We had a great stay at Larry's beautiful home! The location and the VIEWS were amazing. Really great property for a big group and in close proximity to all of the popular wineries.

Beautiful spot with an incredible view out over the valley. Easy to find and get to. Lots of space for friends to stay and the beds were comfy.

We loved staying at the Hays Family Estate! Beautiful view, beautiful house, and a great weekend reunion for my group of friends. Looking forward to coming back soon!

Pros: Property sits on a hill that provides great views. Cons: The house is very outdated. Kitchen - no vent for the stove. We opened up doors and windows to clear out any smoke or aromas from cooking. No cleaning supplies were provided except for dish soap and 1 sponge. Hot Water - We had to go in the garage and hit the pilot button every time someone wanted to shower. Annoying. Basketball court - they had 20 balls but only 1 was actually pumped up enough to use. Thermostat - No access. Locked up so you can't change the setting. The first night they had the temp too high. I asked for them to lower it and it took the next day to do so and the 2nd night they moved the temp back up. It was frustrating we couldn't control it ourselves. check in - I messaged in the app only to be told to call the property manager who then told me to text their daughter. Annoying. I would not recommend this place. Not worth it for the price we paid and all the additional fees to use the spa/pool
