Wonderful apartment with pool, surrounded by olives trees and corn fields. The property is on the top of an hill with breathtaking view. Ideal for people who want to enjoy the colours and the scent of the nature. Beautiful apartment with independent access at the first floor of a recently renewed villa, comprehensive of a large garden and pool. The building is on the top of an hill with a great view on the Adriatic sea. The location is only 15 minutes from the Beautiful cities of Vasto and Termoli, from which is possible to take a ferry for Tremiti Islands. Moreover, there are beaches in the area that can be also reached by foot. A great local restaurant is just 200 meters away and a shopping center is only 5 km away.

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable. Un lieu merveilleux avec une vue incroyable et une très belle piscine. Des hôtes très attentionnés et investis, gentils et souriants. La propriété est très bien entretenue. Nous recommandons vivement ! Grazie mille Peppe e Maria !

We kindly suggest our guests to visit the historic city of Termoli, enclosed by the walls of the Svevo Castle. Moreover,
it is possible to take a ferry from the Termoli harbour to reach the Tremiti Island a beautiful vulcanic archipelago,
a place rich di history, culture and legends. 15 km north from "In collina sul mare" there is the wonderful city of Vasto, which host the Aragona Castle
and the D'avalos palace. Close to Vasto thare are also the natural reserve of "Punta Aderci" and the "Punta Penna" beach, however the cities of Vasto
San Salvo, Petacciato and Termoli have also beaches along the way from north to south.
