Pass through the gated driveway to the dedicated beach trail, where a short 5 minute walk through a forested path and over a babbling creek via foot bridge, will take you to miles of sandy beach. This beach is popular for surf fishing and agate hunting. There are great tidepools nearby within a beach walk to the south towards Seal Rock State Recreation Area. Bring your kayaks and standup paddle boards because this home is a short 2 minute drive north to Brian Booth State Park and the gorgeous Beaver Creek area, popular for paddle sports and wildlife viewing. The sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean and Yaquina Head Lighthouse will take your breath away as you enter this impressive home. The living space is on the main floor with a grand great room. To the left is a private bedroom with a king bed and terrific ocean views. There is a hall bath with a victorian claw foot soaking tub/shower combo for pampering. On the far side of the kitchen and large formal dining room is a sunny den with a piano! This is the perfect room to spend some time making music, singing together and watching the mighty Pacific Ocean. The sofa converts to a full size futon and there is a full bath in the adjacent hallway.
