多伦多 · 整套loft · 1室1床1.0卫 · 可住3人 · Unique Loft in Quiet Pocket | Close to U of T/UHN
Relax and unwind in this unique loft apartment in a rustic house in downtown Toronto! My cat Rikki will be with you also. This space is perfect for anyone looking for a comfy place to stay while exploring what Toronto has to offer. Steps to University of Toronto + Kensington Market. Just north of the entertainment district, 15-min walk to Eaton Centre, 5-min walk to major subway line and University Health Network hospitals. Perfect for couples or single travellers alike! Let me welcome you to my unique loft apartment in a house in Baldwin Village! I'm steps to Kensington Market, U of T, AGO, and so much more. Visit for a few days or a few weeks! Occasionally when I list the space my cat Rikki will be sharing the space with you. Currently he will be home all available dates! He's very friendly and playful but also likes to keep to himself. What makes the space unique is the loft spans the main floor and basement of a middle apartment in the house and although many of the main living spaces are actually in a basement, the bright coloured walls and light that pours in through the large windows and open staircase makes the loft feel like home. Don't let the unassuming front facade fool you, it's a very comforting and inviting space. When you enter the apartment you’re greeted by a small entryway that leads up to the kitchen/eating area found on the loft main floor. Take a couple steps down into the feel of a sunken living room with views of the lofty ceiling and large windows that frame the front door that is also home to a desk for working. Off the living room is the bedroom that can accommodate up to two people comfortably in a queen-sized bed as well as some books to peruse and a space to keep your things on a luggage rack. You are welcome to cook in my fully equipped kitchen, do your laundry, and enjoy the TV and Internet on your down time. When you’re ready to explore, you'll be in walking distance of almost everything, or just steps from the city's bike share program! Included: Linens Towels Household Supplies Furnishings Internet While I am just starting out, I'm thankful to have the help of my brilliant co-host Kylie who has been a Superhost on Airbnb for over a year now. Her and I take being a good host seriously, and I am a proud "Hostfully Host". This means when you stay with me, I will send you a Hostfully guidebook link. The guidebook contains all the essential information about my home, as well as recommendations all over the city. It's easy to navigate, and if you are out and about, you can access it from your phone.
Kimberley’s place is stacked with goodies, there were thoughtful toiletries in case you happened to forget something (toothbrushes, lotion, CERAVE!, etc). The Airbnb is located in a walkable area, you can use transit to get around for your whole trip. We missed seeing the kitty since he’s only there on certain dates but that’s ok ! Would highly recommend Kimberley’s place if you’re looking for convenience and an overall ease of an Airbnb stay.
As a cyclist, the elegant way that Kim hangs the bike simply touches my heart. The bike themed decorations around the apartment made me re-think of the design of my own place! If Kim ever host an interior design class, I will be the first one to sign up!
This place was in a great location of Toronto and the host was incredibly responsive. We had some slight issues with the check in code and a lot of pesky houseflies, both of which the host was so responsive and tried to fix as best as possible (the flies had apparently never happened before so the host brought us some traps very quickly, but they were numerous during our stay). It is a small place so if you’re booking it for three adults, it might be a little tight, but worked well for our group of 2. Super walkable location and great food nearby!
I'm in Baldwin Village! It's small, quaint, and home to the infamous Baldwin Street that is home to several restaurants that offer everything from Sushi to Mexican! The Cafe there has the best breakfast sausages in the city. We're also right next to Kensington Market. It's an amazing neighbourhood with great restaurants and local food stores.
My apartment is conveniently located in the centre of the city and is just a 15-20 min walk to most major attractions and destinations.
