What makes the space unique is the loft spans the main floor and basement of a middle apartment in the house and although many of the main living spaces are actually in a basement, the bright coloured walls and light that pours in through the large windows and open staircase makes the loft feel like home. Don't let the unassuming front facade fool you, it's a very comforting and inviting space. When you enter the apartment you’re greeted by a small entryway that leads up to the kitchen/eating area found on the loft main floor. Take a couple steps down into the feel of a sunken living room with views of the lofty ceiling and large windows that frame the front door that is also home to a desk for working. Off the living room is the bedroom that can accommodate up to two people comfortably in a queen-sized bed as well as some books to peruse and a space to keep your things on a luggage rack. You are welcome to cook in my fully equipped kitchen, do your laundry, and enjoy the TV and Internet on your down time.
