Excellent communication and hospitality! Very flexible, clean and provided me with a clean towel and toilet paper. Located by the river. Alan has been the best host I've ever had! When I stayed there I was working hard for my exams and Alan has never disturbed me. He is very quiet and works a lot of the time. He is very polite and kind. I went there during the pandemic and even though Alan was unavailable, he kindly let me book to stay longer because it was difficult for me to find somewhere else to stay. I had to take one of my exams online with a proctor and Alan kindly left his home during that time so that he doesn't disturb me. Thanks again Alan! :) I would love to stay with Alan again in the future!

Very nice and careful host. Because of this special period, we almost didn’t have face-to-face communication but he reply messages and offer help in time. The room and service is rather reasonable and acceptable. Good position with a beach nearby. Overall, it’s very ideal option for those wanna save money only if don’t mind a narrow bed.

Alan was a nice Host. His apartment is close to a river and close to the sea. Despite being in a central location, it was relatively quiet. All amenities (shower, fully equipped kitchen) are avaliable. I really enjoyed the stay and would book again anytime in the future. Thanks, Alan!
