I've chosen to stay at Laila's multiple times now, and will good reason. She's a great host. Clean place. Very responsive. Very friendly. A cool thing is, every time I go back, she seems to make some upgrades to the place. It's a sign of how proactive she is. She takes pride in what she does and the guests experience. Highly recommended!

Laila is a wonderful host, respond right away with my queries. Location,location and few minutes walk to SM North EDSA with an elevated walkway from Grass Residence to SM. Very secure place! Highly recommended to stay!

Miss Laila, the host is a very friendly owner. She often check us if there is anything we need that is not available in her homey condo unit. But we cannot identify any because everything is available in her place. We stayed for 28days and there is no single complain. Relaxing vacation i deed! Thank you, Miss Laila. See you next time!

I enjoyed my stay at Laila's place. The building (The Grass Residence) was in a nice ,secure location,the building staff was respectful and friendly. The neighbors were not rude, loud, disrespectful or disorderly. Laila's place was nice and clean. Being able to have Wi-Fi and Netflix was a plus. Laila was reachable and provided me the information I needed. She was always there when I needed her. The communication we had together made me feel like we have known each other for years.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly kind and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The space was clean, cozy, and conveniently located. Highly recommended!
