the places wasn't properly cleaned especially the bed, the ceiling was broken and the paint fell on the bunk bed, and I found rat shits on the single bed, most of the bed felt dusty, which I think they never clean again prior to our check in

I’m a girl, so I might worry more. I don’t feel well protected, feel like someone can break into the house easily from any window or door (after one night stay, I feel like the chance is low, but I have worried for quite some time). The picture look tidy and neat. But there’s quite some difference. It has been quite some time after they posted the picture. The toilet has got quite many used stains, the wall has something like mold, the furniture in the living room are not there, wall has new white paint here and there, which is weird, they could have repaint the whole wall, no chairs, broken furniture (not affecting the stay, but seeing broken furniture in an Airbnb is just weird). The pictures don’t show so, but the unit definitely looks much older than the picture. And.. for the bunk bed, got used up mosquito oil container and two unused condoms hidden underneath 😱 I know it’s not the owner’s fault but I still felt 😱😱😱 which else areas are not properly cleaned? location is good
