The location was perfect for us - close to a direct link into London, quietly tucked away from the main road. Cute house with everything we needed and more. Very quick and easy communication as well. Thanks a lot for a memorable stay.

The accommodation was booked as we were working out of our area. A time for check in was stipulated by the host, then changed on the day of check in. On arriving at the said time, there was no one to check us in and give instructions on entering the property. After over an hour of emails we were told the key was in a flower pot. On opening the door of the property the alarm went off with no instructions as to how to operate it. It was the finally at 7:30 in the evening that we get a message to say that the cleaner is at the property to let us in, by which time we had had to travel back home and arrange alternative accommodation for the rest of the stay. The worst part of the shambolic way we were treated is that Airbnb are now saying we aren't due a refund. Thoroughly disgusted with the entire process.

The house was perfect for our needs but the items in the house were a little random. There were plenty of wine glasses but one tumbler. The house is well located and easy to find. An easy walk to West Finchley tube station and the amenities of Ballard's Lane makes it a handy location that isn't too noisy. We were late and the key was left for us but as there was no one to meet (as I understand is usual) we weren't shown where to park, where to leave the key etc. so we had to improvise (we hope we got it right!). It was a good stay for us.

Second time I’ve stayed with the host and once again a brilliant place to stay Veronica’s property is exactly as described I’ll definitely stay here again
