Very nice stay, it was clean and comfortable! Diego and Maria were an absolute gem. Very kind people. Definitely recommend this place.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in der Unterkunft von Maria und Diego. Der Check in war unkompliziert und bei Fragen war immer schnell jemand erreichbar. Diego und Maria haben sich viel Mühe gegeben, uns alles zu erklären und zu zeigen, was auch auf Englisch/Deutsch dann ganz gut geklappt hat :) Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und der Strand ist gleich über die Straße erreichbar. Hierfür standen uns Strandliegen, -stühle und ein Sonnenschirm im Keller der Unterkunft zur Verfügung. Zur Erkundung der Gegend haben wir sogar Fahrräder bekommen, die für diesen Zweck super waren. Lärmempfindliche Personen sollten wissen, dass das Gleis direkt hinter dem Haus verläuft und der Zug auch nachts mit hohen Geschwindigkeiten vorbeifährt. Vielen herzlichen Dank an Maria und Diego, die wirklich nette und herzliche Personen sind und uns jedes Mal sehr freundlich begegnet sind, wenn wir sie gesehen haben.

Ho soggiornato con il mio compagno x 5 giorni nell'appartamento di Maria e ci siamo trovati benissimo. L'appartamento offre tutti i comfort, estremamente accessoriato, aria condizionata compresa e in un residence tranquillo, fronte mare. La ferrovia passa proprio dietro al residence ma grazie ad una buona insonorizzazione il disturbo e' contenuto. La sig.ra Maria e' stata molto gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo gradito anche la presenza di un ristorante sottocasa dove ordinare ottimo pesce con servizio di asporto. Senigallia e' ad appena 3 km raggiungibile con autobus direttamente dal residence che ha una fermata di fronte allo stabile. La Sig.ra Maria ci ha messo a disposizione lettini, ombrellone x la spiaggia libera e anche le bici. Consigliatissimo x chi come noi desiderava una vacanza tranquilla e a due passi dal mare. Un caro saluto a Maria, alla prossima vacanza!

I stayed for 12 days and my time was even better than I hoped. The apartment was exactly as described and as shown in pictures. I had a rental car, but everything was within walking distance and I didn't really need it. There is a reason Maria is listed as a Super Host. Everything was spotless and freshly disinfected. She has a manual outlining her cleaning process and information about the area. Maria and Diego met me upon my arrival and showed me where to park, they walked me through the building because I was interested in using a bicycle, so they showed me their storage area and how to retrieve the bike. The kitchen had everything I needed for almost two weeks...and the view was absolutely fantastic. I definitely plan on coming back and staying again. The best part of this Airbnb was Maria, Diego, and Tommy. They made me feel so welcome that it was hard to leave! You definitely can't go wrong in choosing this location if you're lucky enough to find it available during your stay.

Great beach hideaway, very clean, completely furnished, fantastic panoramic sea view from the awesome balcony and right in front of a clean beach. We enjoyed the town of Senigallia, walk to the beach and downtown shopping. Maria and Diego are super hosts!
