Wunderschönes Haus in ruhiger Lage mit großem Pool. Das Haus ist individuell eingerichtet, komfortabel und sehr gepflegt. Das schnelle Internet war perfekt zum arbeiten und streamen. Pierro und seine Frau Isabel sind aufmerksame Gastgeber. Ich freue mich auf den nächsten Besuch.

The villa and the garden are beautifully decorated and everything you need is available. We received a good introduction. The house is in a quiet area close to the beach of Roche. Shopping opportunities are also nearby (although a car is required). The house offers everything you need for a carefree holiday. Isabel and Pierro are friendly hosts who were always available if there were any questions. Thank you very much for allowing us to spend our short stay in Roche comfortably and relaxed in your villa. We can only recommend it.

Casa San Rogue is located in a secluded neighborhood of private villas, walking distance from a vast-spanning beach. There’s a mini market, pharmacy and a few bars/restaurants in the area, while larger supermarkets can be reached by car. The house is spacious and has a nice yard with a pool, which we unfortunately didn’t get to enjoy as the Easter weather was rather rainy and cold. Luckily, there was a heat pump, a dehumidifier and a fireplace we could use to increase comfort. We had some trouble figuring the house out – for instance, there wasn’t enough hot water for consecutive baths/showers (and none in the kitchen), the gas stove had to be manually ignited with a lighter, and the master bathroom toilet kept clogging up. We received help from the hosts to tackle the issues, but would have appreciated a more comprehensive and structured guide/information about the house and the many systems and rules in advance, rather than being in contact with the hosts every day.

Wir haben einen schönen Urlaub verbracht. Optimal wäre es gewesen, wenn es warmes Wasser in der Küche gegeben hätte.

Anfitrión siempre pendiente y casa muy acogedora, aunque necesita pequeños arreglos para mejorar su aspecto, como tiradores de armarios estropeados, ropa de cama no idónea para el.tamaño de las camas .... cajetin de llaves que no funcionaba, utensilios de cocina estropeados, jardín trasero algo descuidado...pequeños detalles porque realmente hemos estado muy a gusto. La zona muy tranquila y bonita. Y genial que cada habitación tuviera un baño.
