We had a lovely time staying at Otter Loft! The location at Avila Beach is perfect, the loft was cozy, and Emily was super informative and responsive! We had everything we needed for a 10-day stay. Another bonus was the designated parking, which allowed things to be less stressful when we would leave and come back as we explored the area. We also ate at the local restaurants right on the beach, and the food was good wherever we went. We would love to stay here again!

The Otter Loft 1 in Avila Beach is as described, a small, beautiful, peaceful, condo located just minutes from Avila Beach. Perfect for a couple wanting to get away for a relaxing few days. A short drive to favorite spots such as The Avila Barn, hiking, Pismo Beach, Hoggies, the Melodrama and more. The condo had everything we needed!

We really enjoyed staying at this condo. It was super clean, cozy and well equipped. The best part was that it is literally a few steps from the beach and a promenade with shops, restaurants and coffee shops. The beach is beautiful and walkable. Vince and Emily were great hosts. Communication was easy and fast and they took care of our needs right away. We were very pleased with our stay!

What a beautiful condo with a perfect location! Having a secure garage to park in was icing on the cake! We had the BEST weekend and plan to stay here again!
