The airbnb is big bright , airy & modern internally although the building itself is old. Upmarket area , near to supermarkets and around an hour to walk to Rome centre. Couple of hiccups during the stay - firstly the host tried to charge us for a third person when it was just my husband and I staying and secondly when the toilet blocked i was told it was my fault due to use of tampons( those days are long gone for me) . Virginia ignored my text as to who would let the plumber in so we had to wait for him to arrive & mend the toilet . it turned out it was old hair from the shower and dodgy plumbing that was the issue. Whilst he was there he spoke to Virginia and whilst I can’t speak Italian it looked like she asked him to check for any other people in the flat - not sure why else a plumber would need to do a job and then walk round every single room and the balcony and look behind every single door of the airbnb AND without our consent? This felt very invasive and upsetting.

A beautiful apartment with spacious and light and airy rooms. It’s on the top floor and has beautiful views of the surrounding area. Parioli is a very grand area in Rome with exquisite buildings. After a day walking in the city it was lovely to come back to a peaceful area, free from the hassle and bustle of the city. The apartment felt very safe and secure. The centre of Rome and all the attractions are walkable (long walk but lovely taking in the different neighbourhoods on the way, which included a walk through the tranquil Borghese park). Lots of public transport is also available nearby. The kitchen was like home with everything you could need, as well as a dishwasher. It was also great having a washing machine, if needed for a longer stay. Shutters on the windows were great for blocking out the light for a great sleep, after all that walking! Virginia was a very responsive host and the doorman was super helpful and friendly. Would 100% stay here again.

Appartamento molto confortevole, nuovo, spazioso, luminoso ed in ottima posizione. Ottimo condominio, molto ben gestito dal portiere, servizi ottimi nelle vicinanze per ristorazione e supermercati.

Der Aufenthalt bei Virginia war wunderbar. Die Wohnung sah exakt so aus, wie auf den Fotos: sehr schlicht und sehr geschmackvoll und es war auch sehr sauber. Es war alles vorhanden, was nötig war und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit Virginia lief reibungslos und sehr angenehm - eine tolle Gastgeberin. Die Lage ist super: Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind überall vorhanden. Wir haben alle Tagestouren zu Fuss unternommen, aber Strassenbahn und Bus sind auch schnell erreichbar. Beim näcshten Rom-Besuch werde ich sehr gerne wieder die Wohnung von Virginia buchen! Danke!
