In short: This house is a perfect, authentic Italian getaway where you can just stay at all day to relax or go and explore old towns nearby. It is lovely to come back to. The house was just amazing, the whole place is free to roam in with vineyards and olive trees everywhere, you are in a perfect spot to view the sunsets which are beautiful. Just down the road there is a church down the road which was extremely old and beautiful, we visited for mass in the crypt where a Saint was buried which was so phenomenal it has excellent history. If you didn't want to bother researching it just ask Federica :). Federica was just so lovely, you felt really natural and at home with her. She kindly left us all the things you need for staples or cook, even things to make a traditional Italian pasta dish where she described how to make it yourself! She even made us breakfast in the morning to eat in peace, she would leave it in a breakfast room for you to eat at any time in the day from 8am onwards! The barbecue was also perfect for the slightly colder September nights where you would sit and watch the stars. This place was perfect to visit the old town Gubbio and so much more. We walked along the old viaduct that was 600+ years old which we very much recommend. You could also easily visit Assisi from here, its perfect driving distance and is definitely a town you don't want to miss. It is like a fairy tale village propped up the hill and when the sunsets hit it it looks even better. So much to see in this village, with beautiful churches EVERY way you turn and I think all of them are free and just so so amazing. Thank you very much Federica for an unforgettable stay.

This has to be one of the most amazing airbnb travels we had so far! Brilliant location, gorgeous house and view and a very generous and warm host. We loved everything about our stay. The kitchen is well equipped and we were very comfortable for the whole week we stayed. The bathroom is also very nice. And the bed is superbly comfortable. We had our breakfast on the porch outside and enjoyed our evening wine there too. Frederica was very nice and generous to offer us breakfast every day, with delicious chocolate cakes pancakes etc! That we thought was very special and unusual for airbnb stays. The house next door is distant enough to offer privacy for everyone. Gubbio is very near, and also perugia! We recommend this place to everyone!

Il soggiorno è stato rilassante e perfettamente organizzato. Grazie a Federica per la sua gentilezza e discrezione. Posto meraviglioso. Torneremo sicuramente per un altro weekend rigenerante.

Una casa davvero stupenda! Federica è stata una meraviglia, super ospitale e gentile, prontissima a darci consigli su dove andare e cosa visitare. Ci ha anche detto quali fiere/eventi tipici della zona c'erano nelle vicinanze! Eravamo in 6 amiche e la casa era enorme, con due camere matrimoniali spaziose e fresche, una cucina grande con tutto l'indispensabile ed un salotto accogliente con un grande divano comodissimo e un tavolone lungo! Tutto ancora più bello di come era in foto! Eravamo stupite! Inoltre pulizia ottima ovunque! La mattina una colazione a buffet spettacolare. Abbondante e varia, con sia salato che dolce, tutto davvero buonissimo! Ti fa svegliare con il sorriso! Per non parlare della vista spettacolare dall'alto su tutte le colline/montagne che puoi goderti di giorni e di sera, sia dalle finestre delle camere sia dal tavolino per le colazioni in giardino sia dalla grande terrazza con sdrai disponibile per gli ospiti a tutte le ore. Solo un pochino scomoda la stradina stretta ed in salita per salire alla casa, ma dopo un paio di giorni ti ci abitui senza problemi. Riassumendo un soggiorno ottimo e stra consigliato! Se ci capiterà l'occasione torneremo sicuramente!
