Had a great stay in Kim’s cozy home! She is very responsive and gave us lots of good recs for places to go in Sarasota. Very comfy and convenient to everthing for our group of four adults.

Kim’s place was very comfortable, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We really appreciated the coffee, filters and tea bags that she had available. There are some walkable places to eat. There’s also a grocery store just a few minutes drive away. The beach, St Armand’s Circle and the Mote Aquarium were all just a quick drive away. Great location! We all enjoyed staying at her cute Airbnb.

Kim was very thorough with instructions and extremely responsive. We had a great stay and found it easy to quickly get to and from different places around Sarasota. The only thing I wish we had was more than one key to the home so that our group could have split up a bit more to experience different things.
