Great villa and in a fab location. All I would say is WiFi is shocking but pool and owner is lovely! Would recommend

swcond visiting here. modern and well managed villa owners responding is quick and room is large. good place to stay

We stayed at Ray's for about a week. His villa had 3 bedrooms (1 was a poolhouse), and each had an attached toilet. The area was pretty clean, and it's nice that it's a little far in from the main road so we didn't have the noise from all the traffic. We travelled over the christmas/new year's period, so traffic was a nightmare. Travelling in to Seminyak took about an hour on average because of the traffic. The villa in itself is pretty decently located within Canggu. There aren't really any nice eateries within walking distance, but if u take a cab down the street the villa is on toward the beach area there are tonnes of options. There's an indomart near the villa so that'll suffice for all the basics (indomee, snacks, drinks), and it's about a 3-5 min walk away. You can't take a grab/gojek from the villa directly because canggu is an area that's ruled by the local transport providers (these people jack up the prices like threefold relative to grab/gojek and they're apparently a little thuggish), so you'll have to walk out to about number 36A (about 2 mins away) to get the grab/gojek. Food delivery is still okay though so you can order food to the villa. There's a cleaner who's super lovely who comes every morning to clean up. She does a pretty good job and she's always chatty and willing to offer up advice on things that we can do. Overall a pretty decent stay would stay here again if i'm even in the Canggu area!

Ray's place was exactly the same with what he shown in the airbnb page. He really easy to talk to, and give us a good description about the villa's location. the check in and check out also really smooth. The space for each room also quite large, really homey feeling. No bad comment from me :)

It's nice house to stay in Bali, very relaxing. We enjoyed and thanks to Ray for his place.
