This private vacation rental(480m2) - reserved by only one group of guests per time- is designed for relaxation,whether that means napping in the sun,making memories with friends and family,or a little bit of both.Its master bedroom condo (92m2),studio(31m2) &hacienda(49m2) can accommodate up to 9 guests, while its location near the town of Limni and Rovies is convenient to shopping&dining You’ll want to spend most of your holiday on the private villa’s stunning 11-acre garden, which features a PRIVATE 96sqm aquamarine swimming pool, jacuzzi, tempting row of loungers, sitting area, barbecue and two pergola-covered dining and relaxing areas, all with pool and garden views. For your information, the villa extends in 4 main independent condos easily accessible via external stairs, always booked by only one group of guests. Glass windows and window doors that run nearly from wall to wall make the Residence’s condos feel like an extension of the nature’s surroundings, showcasing spectacular views of the sunset and Sipias shore. Understated by an ethnic essence, property’s furniture, wooden and stone floors look chic (and feel cool underfoot) in the living and dining areas, while a sleek corner fireplace will add warmth if you want it. Bathed in natural light, the 98sqm2 open plan living area is a peaceful space where a comfortable lounge, dining area and kitchen are married harmoniously. Soft wooden features complement the ethnic elegant furniture to create a wonderfully serene ambiance. The main kitchen is fully equipped, providing an inviting environment for preparing meals and snacks throughout the day, while a dishwasher will make clearing up easy and carefree. Built in three separate independent levels , the bedrooms are bright and stylish, with refined details like woven headboards or graceful side chairs, plus spa-worthy bathrooms splashed with stone tile. The 92sqm master bedroom condo has a king size bed (1st level), while the 30.5sqm studio condo(2nd level) and the 48.5sqm hacienda condo have queen beds (ground level). Each space has an en-suite bathroom, a fully equipped kitchenette and TV, and opens to a balcony, garden or pool as well. The master bedroom condo also contains two extra bedrooms at it’s lower floor- independent as well - , ideal to host up to four persons -if necessary- with their own independent WC and rain shower. Although these auxiliary spaces have basement windows, they are breezer and cooler than the upper levels of the property and they have ground fans to adjust the temperature.

We just spent 12 great days at Elena’s house. Her parents are the owners but she takes care of all the logistics. Up front communication was easy and uncomplicated. Upon arrival we were met by Elena and her mother and were introduced to the house. It’s location is ideal, in nature yet close to Limni (the next village) and it’s amenities such as restaurants and a supermarket. The next beach is literally 2 minutes by car, and easily accessible. We were with 4 people ( 2 parents, 2 kids) and Elena had prepared the master bedroom and the pool house for us. We never got to see the Hacienda, but we felt fine about that :-) The pool is great, big and clean, as are the rooms. We had a few power cuts during our time there due to a few rainy days but any issue was resolved quickly. Maybe the only small issue was that the kitchens are rather old and the equipment, cutlery and dishes are sparse. It was just enough for our group of 4, but I imagine if you were with more people you’d run short. It’s sufficient to prepare a salad or fry some eggs, but I wouldn’t have attempted to cook any bigger meal. Then again - with the multitude of restaurant options really close by cooking isn’t a necessity anyway ;-) We really did enjoy our time at the residence and can fully recommend it for future guests .
Super séjour ! La villa est très belle avec une grande piscine. L'accès au plage se fait très facilement à pied et le village de limni à 5 min en voiture permet de profiter de bons restaurants et d'animations.
Panagiota did an excellent job hosting. The place was beautiful and comfortable. I appreciates the promptness in communication. The views were seren and inviting and the pool was the best attribute to the property. What an amazing stay.
Een prachtige villa !! Van alle gemakken voorzien en heel mooi ingericht. Heelrijke douche,bad en een groot bed. Keuken en koelkast in de kamer was ideaal! Het is afgelegen waardoor je van niemand last heb, behalve de buurjongen (hond) en buurmeisje (kat) die even wat knuffels komen halen, en als het even kan wat lekkers!!! Je moet wel rekening houden dat je altijd met de auto uit eten moet. In de omgeving is er 1 restaurant op loopafstand en de rest niet. Ook word er vanuit de dichtstbijzijnde dorpjes daar niet bezorgd. De zee is op 5 minuten lopen met kiezelstrand. Veel muggen dus neem veel muggen spray mee!! Het gehele huis is wel van horen voorzien dus wij hadden er binnen geen last van!
amazing place. it was really clean and you could see it was someone's home in the past. I am only addressing the things I didn't like. Assume all else is great -internet. there was none. Yes, there was a dsl line and a modem but connection was so bad that text only websites wouldn't load. It's not the property's fault and it has only to do with infrastructure in the area. - it's a massive property and that means critters get in. foxes and a few dogs over 3 days. It's not a big deal if only adults stay but it is a safety issue when wild dogs are able to access the property if you have little ones.

Limni Evias is a small coastal town, beautiful all year long. Its architecture and town planning remind us of an island settlement. Limni is located in the northern region of Evia and represents a unique tourist destination. It is 80km from Chalkida and 33km from the famous spa town of Edipsos. You can access Limni from Athens by road via the capital of Chalkida or by ferry boat from Arkitsa to Edipsos. From Thessaloniki in the north of Greece, you can reach Limni via the ferry boat service from Glyfa to Agiokabos.
Limni is built close to the ancient city of "Elymnio" (thus taking the name Limni), where, according to mythology, the marriage of Zeus and Hera took place. The area, because of its marine character, showed great prosperity during the Roman and Byzantine era and suffered many raids from pirates and other invaders.
The area has a unique natural style that makes Limni resemble an Aegean island. Today, it is a touristically developed town with signs of insular traditional structure, with historical places and convents, rich folkloric tradition, multiple natural beauty and summer cool winds, uninterruptedly caressing the tiled roofs and...whistling its old tales... The beautiful narrow streets with the green nature and beautiful traditional small white tiled houses and the great blue waters win over the hearts of thousands of visitors who come here for their holidays.
Here, you will find plenty of ouzeri, restaurants, cafes and bars, all near the sea and with excellent views to the Evoikos gulf and the surrounding verdant hillsides. The coastal road bustles with life and choices for all ages and all tastes and is an ideal place to relax or have fun with your friends for many hours or days you decide to stay at Limni. Besides the beauty of the area Limni has several natural and historical attractions to visit. Some of them are the Folk Museum that exhibits objects from traditional Limni houses and the church of Osios Christodoulos located near the beach. At a short distance from Limni are the monasteries of Osios David and Agios Nikolaos (or otherwise known as Galataki nunnery), the beautiful waterfalls of Drimonas that form a unique scenery and finally, the church of Saint John the Russian at Prokopi, where a vast number of worshipers flock there daily to visit the relic of Saint John the Russian.
