Chong is a very nice, friendly person. He is very flexible and kind. The home is in a peaceful and safe neighborhood. The room is spacious with a private bathroom, perfect hot water shower head with good water pressure and heating. Very convenient laundry room. Parking accommodations are convenient. Good location, not too much traffic or noise, and pretty close to freeways and stores. Mostly,men book stays, so it could use a woman's touch of detail and comfort, but I'm not high maintenance. Kitchen stocked with cooking supplies, kitchenware and cleaning solutions. Washer and dryer works perfectly, not too hard on clothing articles. I love how quiet, peaceful and safe it is, no bug problems, crime or bad customer service like people tend to report in hotels. Chong is a great guy, love how he doesn't make you feel like you're being watched or like you can't be trusted. He is positive and not biased or race-based and he knows when someone is trustworthy. I appreciate that so much. Thx!!!

Comfortable stay in a very quiet neighborhood. Chong was friendly, quick to respond to messages, and very accommodating with my schedule.
