Alison's house is a wonderful place for a family to stay. We were in Estes Park for a wedding, and this house was the perfect spot for us. It is close to the YMCA of the Rockies, RMNP, and the shops/restaurants of Estes Park. The house is spacious and well-kept. The deck with the tables/fire pits was wonderful for breakfast and hanging out. You can hear the stream from the deck. There is a playground right next to this house if you have young kids. We truly loved this house and are appreciative of Alison for sharing it with us.

This was a wonderful home! I think it's telling that, when we arrived, my wife did a quick walk-through while I started unloading the vehicle. When I caught up with her a couple of minutes later, she was crying tears of joy. The house was immaculate! Looked just like the photos! My wife and family loved that all the light switches in the house were labeled so you know what each switch would do. The beds, except for the master suite, were rather firm and uncomfortable. Most of our family had issue with them. The stairways were probably the quietest I have ever traversed. Not a single creaking step (the banister would occasionally creak if you held the railings, though.) If you're not a fan of "Rosemary Mint" scent, you may want to bring your own soap, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner, as all of those items are of that scent. We had a bull elk hang out on the property pretty much all of one day. Your mileage may vary. I highly recommend this home, however.

Our stay was phenomenal and the river in the back of the property alone is worth staying at this airbnb again.
