Apartment No.2 is located on the first floor and it have 70m2. It consists of two large bedrooms with nightstands and a TV, and on the right side are one bathroom and one toilet. The beautiful kitchen consists of a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and ice maker. The spacious living room consists of comfortable couches and large screen TV. From the living room you come out to a balcony with a beautiful sea view. All rooms have air conditioning. Luxury villa four brothers apartments are located in Podstrana, a town not far from Split, bounded by the Adriatic blueness which, by its transparency and intriguing colors, contributes to the uniqueness of the landscape. The total surface area is 600m2 and the villa consists of ground floor and 2 upper floors. The apartments have their own private parking, which consists of 5 parking places connected to the main road. The villa is located on the first row by the sea and has a beautiful spacious yard where details of the nightlight give a special note. The exterior scales, which connect all the apartments, each with a separate entrance, lead to a beautiful green oasis with two palm trees that provide extra specialty. Also, stairs leads to the exit on the pebble beach.

My daughter and I enjoyed a perfect birthday mini break in Stipe’s first floor apartment overlooking the sea. The apartment looks even better than in the photos! It is perfect. The balcony is bigger than we expected and the perfect place to watch the sea, the fishermen and the sunset. Stipe is an extremely accommodating, helpful, thoughtful and kind host who thinks of everything including offering to drive us to the nearest supermarket to help us buy groceries. The apartment is modern, clean and equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay. And as for the beach, there are sun beds, umbrellas and an outdoor shower for guests. Stipe also recommended the perfect restaurant to visit, 2 minute walk, for food and drink and it did not disappoint. We loved our stay at Four Brothers. It is perfect and we look forward to returning. Thank you Stipe. 🙏

Fantastic stay in Podstrana. The location is perfect- right on the beach and next to some lovely restaurants. Stipe gave us lots of helpful advice on things to do/ see while we were staying. The apartment is nice, modern and comfortable with everything that you need. We are already looking to book again.
This is probably the best Airbnb I have stayed in so far. A really stunning and brand new apartment set right on the beach, I dont think you could get any closer to the sea. Very clear communication with Stipe and honestly a pleasure to deal with. I will book again if its available.

If you want to enjoy the sights of the city of Split, only 10km away from the apartment, you can approach the bus station which is 3min away from the apartment or by car.
