The view is breathtaking. We loved the house and didn't want to leave. We arranged our tours prior to arriving, but we wished we had just waited and let Fabbi take care of that for us. We had already rented a van, so we felt we needed to drive to the locations ourselves , in retrospect it would have been nice to arrange for someone else to drive because the driving on the island is a challenge. The service of having Cheryl stock up the kitchen with some requested groceries was well worth it. After a long day of traveling with 3 children and no opportunity to eat a "real" meal, we appreciated having some food in the house right away. Luceia was so nice and friendly. She kept the house neat and clean and was helpful. Our only complaint was, although there was a complimentary transfer from the airport, there was nothing to get back to the airport. It was not communicated well to us by the concierge that we needed to set that up ourselves. We reached out, and they covered it.

For starters, don’t trust the “complimentary chef days”. Once you book your days, you are told that you must pay for groceries. Yet, they claim $400 for groceries for ONE meal for only 6 people when no restaurant on the island would charge that much including preparation and tip. We paid $720 in cash (sketchy) for 2 provided breakfast meals and extremely limited groceries for us to cook ourselves. You are also told as a tourist that you can not visit the supermarkets due to COVID, but the host lied about this. We made a separate trip to the grocery store on our own. Then, after being told the receipts don’t match invoices requested, the host called the local police who came scaling the property before our flight with shotguns in hopes to recover and additional $400 for groceries. It was a poor and unreasonable intimidation tactic for young travelers in a foreign country. The host didn’t even arrive to the property to discuss in person with the police. No complaints about the villa other than the kitchen area should be air conditioned because it gets very hot when cooking on your own. The stove needs to be lit with a lighter and lizards and insects will frequently get inside of the property due to the location and the way cleaning is done with the door open.

This was a fantastic place to stay on the island. View is unparalleled, house is beautiful, and the staff was wonderful. 10/10 recommend
