Kim and Tim were the most lovely and thoughtful hosts! They both went out of their way to greet us, welcome us, and extend their help to us should we need it during our stay, which we did not do at all because of the well-appointed accommodations, care to detail, amenities in the abode, the location, and the recommendations they made of things to do in the area, which far exceeded our expectations and made it all such a pleasant stay. I would highly recommend staying at Kim and Tim's for a relaxing, calm, stress-free stay in a great location. Thanks so much, Kim and Tim, for sharing this gem of an extension of your beautiful home with Greg and me!

Kim’s place represents what AirBnB was supposed to be! Kim is a true host renting out a portion of her home. So many AirBnBs are now run by corporations and they feel so impersonal or they skimp on the cleaning as they grab cash. Whereas, Kim wanted to meet us and welcomed us into the space. And, she genuinely wanted feedback about our stay. The space is exactly how she described it in the listing. It’s a beautiful space and Kim’s attention to detail is second to none.

Kim and Tim were friendly and so thoughtful! Great recommendation book on things to do and places to eat nearby. They made it comfortable and so accommodating. The drinking water, beach chairs and towels, and shower amenities were a plus for sure! I would recommend their place if you’re in the area!

This place is a hidden gem! Very private entry and space. Tucked away/quiet but still very close to anything you might need. It was extremely clean and we felt right at home! The pool was such a plus! We swam, took a walk in the neighborhood, went night kayaking, visited historic Cocoa Village, went beachcombing, and hiked a little in the Merritt Island protected area. Would stay here over Orlando anytime. Such a great stay!! Thank you!!

Great location and very friendly hosts. Plenty of privacy, but yet had a feeling of family as well. This was a perfect day for me and my son as we went to Kennedy space Center. Highly recommend them. They’re very professional, friendly and responsive.
