The hotel room was accurate to the description and in a good location. The place was close to the main station with beautiful mountain views. It was clean and had the ammenities listed which are standard for a hotel.

I just can say that I’m so happy to stay in a place wich is right in the middle of the most beautiful areia of Luzern for a great deal… beautiful place and friendly people ❤️

This place was perfect for our two nights in Lucerne. It is quaint, walking distance to everything in the city center, and the area is beautiful. One potential issue is that my GPS kept telling me to park on a Main Street (and presumably walk to the hotel). It turns out that you can actually drive to the front of the hotel, but coming from the US, you would never be allowed to drive in what is essentially pedestrian paths weaving in and out of regions of cafes, stores, etc. It was no problem, but your Apple Maps won’t get you there. It was clean. The view out onto the plaza is very nice, and there is a fountain just outside your window. Would definitely stay again.
