Fantastic little Airbnb. Very cosy and comfortable. The welcome pack of eggs, bread, milk, butter, and cereal was a pleasant surprise. Margaret is a very warm and welcoming host and a wealth of local knowledge.

We had a lovely weekend at Margaret's cottage, it is beautiful and very central. Margaret was very friendly she met us on arrival to show us around. The welcome basket was much appreciated. Would definitely recommend and look forward to returning to this little gem of a cottage again.

We selected this for two nights in February as it looks so cosy and attractive online. We weren't disappointed! Very comfortable, beautifully decorated, clean and welcoming, especially with the basket of essentials to cover our breakfast next morning - bread, milk, eggs, jams, choice of cereals etc. We were surprised that, despite the warm welcome letter, there seemed to be no Welcome Folder containing local information, emergency telephone numbers or basic instructions for the different types of electric heating in various rooms, or how best to control the vents in the wood burner. We learned quickly, but not everyone might. That said, we loved our stay and would have no hesitation in recommending Margaret's Cottage as an ideal place to stay while visiting Millport. Would definitely use again for our next trip.

We loved our stay in this small and cosy cottage. The building has a wonderful mixture of old charm and fresh decor throughout. It was lovely to meet our host, Margaret, who had equipped the cottage with everything we could possibly need, and so much more! We especially enjoyed relaxing in front of the log burner fire after busy days exploring the island.
