This is a nicely furnished apartment. All the furniture was comfortable and of a good quality. There was loads of storage space and plenty of clothes hangers. The apartment was clean - even under the bed. (Yes, I check. It's somewhere even five star hotels forget!) The bed had a firm mattress (which I like) and I slept well. There's a large balcony with nice, outdoor furniture and a large clothes drying rack. There's a nice view from one part of it. It rained the day I left so I can confirm that the balcony stays dry. I thought it was a perfect location. The road isn't busy and it's very quiet at night. It's near a church, cemetery and two beaches. One beach has rocks and a small bar (which isn't noisy and closes around 22.00) the other's a pebble beach. There's a good supermarket and bakery within easy walking distance of the apartment. I arrived on foot and would recommend walking up the main road from the harbour and then taking Ulica Sv Martin. This is easier than trying to get a wheeled suitcase up steps and along alleys from Mali Losinj. Milana (the host) doesn't live at the apartment; her parents do. However, this didn't affect anything. She always responded very quickly to my messages, answered all my questions and any issue was promptly sorted out. She replied quickly both before and during my stay. She was going to Rijeka on the day I checked out and very kindly offered me a lift to my next apartment. The wi fi is slow, but I found that this was affected by the time of day. In the early morning it was fine. The air con worked well, but there wasn't any in the bedroom which could get a bit warm at night. There are shutters on all the windows, but no fly screens. I'm the sort of person who's bitten by anything within 500 kilometres so couldn't sleep with the bedroom window open. If you're not affected by insects an open window would resolve the temperature of the bedroom. The apartment is overlooked on all sides by neighbouring properties. This didn't bother me, but I felt I should mention it. Overall, this is a clean, comfortable apartment in a quiet location. I would recommend it.

We spend 1 week in the apartment. It was better than expected. You can easily approach the appartment, it has the best parking place on the street, you can park your car in the shadow, which is really useful in sommer. If you don't want to go far looking for a beach, you can reach the Sv. Martin beach in 3 minutes walk. The apartment was really clean (Even the staircase as well), well equipped, air condition worked perfect. The lookout from the balcony is perfect, especially in the mornings. Milana and her Mother, Branka are also really nice, helpful and flexible. If someone is looking for an apartment in Mali Losinj, these apartments are perfect choice. I would suggest it for everyone.

Apartman Franko was great, I was nice and clean, just like on the pictures, equipment in the kitchen all what was needed, you can also use the washing machine in the basement :) The only small potential for improvement is the wifi signal which is poor in the apartment and you need to go to bathroom/entrance door to catch it (where is the strongest signal) and then you are losing it in the rest of the apartment. But as a benefit, you will not spend so much time on your phone and enjoy Mali Losinj instead! 🙂

We enjoyed our stay at Milana‘s apartment. The apartment was clean, spacious & well located. Would definitely come back again! Hvala Milana :)
