Nothing available for tea/coffee, eg no kettle or cups. Just one wine glass. On the plus side, very close to train station and central Braga and a large room.

The apartment was just like on the pictures. It’s very well situated, just outside of the old city. However, we found several points that did not make this stay the best… first, the checkin was not really smooth. We had to get a key from a locker. So far so good. But we were told to go on the second floor, and discovered that the keys open all the rooms, cause the room we opened was not the right one. We called the woman responsible for the checking, but I’m not sure she could understand us in English. It was quite impersonal. Wa asked for a recommandation to go eat somewhere but didn’t really get an answer other then go to the old city”. Also, the shower was totally clogged and we had to take out of it a big chunk of hair out of it. As for the bed, it trembles and makes noises each time somebody moves. Last but not least, we had only one roll of toilet paper and they texted us after the checking time that they would bring some to us. A bit frustrating. Very impersonal. We didn’t really feel being taken good care of.

It‘s a very nice apartment with good value for money, exactly as described. It’s located directly next to the old town and close by the train station. Thanks to the air conditioning it was nice and cool despite very high temperatures.

The room is in the city centre and in a walking distance from Braga’s main attractions. You will find very close by grocery shops, restaurants, takeaway restaurants, banks, pharmacy and traditional commerce. The "Theatro Circo", reference concert hall and central hub of Braga's cultural life, is very close by. The access to the sanctuaries of Bom Jesus, Sameiro and Falperra, and to the city of Guimarães and Porto, is nearby.

Braga itself is a city with easy access to the main points. You can use buses, car or even on foot. Public transport (bus and taxi) are available in the streets close to the apartment. You can also make use of transport such as UBER and BOLT.
The property does not have private parking, so you should use, when necessary, parking in a public car park, very close to the property. The closest is located in Rua Cardoso Adelino, 25, just 240 meters away. Street parking in Braga, in the paid areas, works as follows:
Weekdays: 9am to 7pm paid (Value €1.80 for every 2 hours)
Saturdays: 9am to 1pm paid (Amount €1.80 for every 2 hours)
Sundays: Free
After 7 pm, parking is free until 9 am the following day for weekdays. From 13:00 on Saturday, it is free until 09:00 on the following Monday.
Parking on the street of the accommodation is paid.
