Esta muy céntrico pero la hora de la salida es muy temprano a las 10 am ya nos querían afuera del departamento y llegaron dos mujeres con muy mal carácter

The apart was very clean and nice. If you are travelling as a group i will 100% recommend. At night it was little bit noisy because we were in a street of bars or something. The apart was a little bit cold because we couldnt figure out how to use the heater. Overall it was a nice experience. And Emilia was really nice and quick to respond us.

The place is essential and nice, communication perfect, check in and out smooth. The only thing we had not fully realized when booking is that the street is very popular for university students to hang out and drink, and the room is right in front of a major pub of the area. This means that you should not expect it to be quiet in the weekend. The flat has double glaze windows, and we used earplugs, so was not too much of a problem for us. I would certainly not discourage to book this place, especially if you plan to hang out and drink, but it is fair to bring this up . Thanks for the stay and all the best. I should also stress that Bologna is stunning!!

We enjoyed our three night stay at Emilia’s apartment. It is situated in the heart of a vibrant part of the city, full of fantastic restaurants, bars (Barazzo, just across from the apartment and BrewDog, a 5 minute walk) and just a short walk from central Bologna. The apartment is easy to find, sparkling clean and had everything we needed. The beds are so comfortable and we all slept well. We travelled to Bologna with our 7 year old daughter and she loved the area too. The apartment is just minutes walk from the local supermarket (COOP) which has a great selection of fresh breads. Emilia was a fantastic host, very welcoming and gave us some great tips for our stay. We would definitely stay at Emelia’s if we were every in Bologna again.

Host presente, gentilissima, solerte: ottime le indicazioni turistiche forniteci. Casa pulita, centralissima, veramente a portata di mano la movida bolognese. Auto al seguito da parcheggiare nelle striscia blu delle pubbliche vie limitrofe, assolutamente non distanti: del resto in centro a Bologna non si può pretendere nulla di più. Consigliatissimo!
