Nice unit in a great location. It looks like the pictures. I washed the sheets upon arrival as there was hair in the bed, but that's just me... Outside of that, the unit was really clean. Additionally, we were a bit confused regarding the check-in instructions. It provides a code but also states a key is in the locked box. Due to the common/easy code that was provided, I wanted to ensure we also had the key for locking up at night. I sent a message to the owner asking how to obtain the key. I am assuming it is in the lockbox that is hanging on the porch rail. As of today, I have not received a response from the owner...

I was looking for a place to stay in the Santa Rosa/Sonoma area as a base to visit some wineries, and Roman’s apartment ticked all the boxes. The apartment was clean & tidy, and well presented. We could see restaurants close by although we didn’t visit any. The apartment is close to a supermarket and also has good bus and Uber/Lyft links to nearby towns. Roman responded quickly to any question I had, and gave clear instructions to check in & check out. I would stay here again.

This was a fantastic apartment. Spacious, clean, perfectly located right by downtown, Montgomery village, close to the 101 and Hwy 12 and easy to get to hiking at Annadel. Easy in and out with the keyless door, easy and free street parking, quiet. Great kitchen, we even cooked gumbo on the gas stove. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit and have already recommended it to my local friends for their friends and family visitors. Thanks!
