We spent 4 blissful nights at Goorey Rocks and we are so glad we found this little piece of heaven! Everything and I mean EVERYTHING was perfect from start to finish. The house was modern, spotlessly clean, comfortable and stunning. The views..well I dont have the words..just WOW! The location could not have been more perfect for what we wanted to do. Five fingers strand was a 2 min drive up the road which was one of the most beautiful beaches I have ever seen! I felt such a sense of peace and calm throughout the 4 days and didn't want to leave. Denise was the best host! She had everything ready for us arriving (including the hot tub and bikes), she was quick to respond to any queries we had and was so friendly, kind and welcoming. We are already planning our next stay and I feel so grateful for Denise's hospitality!

We had an amazing four night stay at Goorey rocks. The accommodation is stunning and the view is breathtaking. We loved that it felt homely and Denise had left some provisions to get us started. She was on hand throughout our stay for anything we needed and was very lovely and friendly. We are already looking at dates to return. There is lots to do in the local area with gorgeous scenery, lovely beaches and the people are very welcoming and friendly. The only bad point was that we had to leave!!

This is a true piece of paradise, what ever the weather. Between the beautiful big windows and the fire it’s hard to leave. Great walks near by and the village with a great local just 2/3 km away. Denise also couldn’t have been sweeter or more helpful. Just book!!

We had a fab stay at Denise and Brian’s gorgeous Rock House and hope to return one day. The view from the house is immaculate and we thoroughly enjoyed our mornings having coffee and listening to birdsong and the hum of Trawbrega Bay. The house is architecturally innovative and decorated with interesting and attractive art by the owner Brian and also other local artists. Hot tub was a luxury in the chilly Irish evenings. Very comfy beds. It’s also a perfect place for self-catering as it has all the kitchen equipment etc you could need. Denise and Brian are kind and helpful hosts and answered our every request and query. The Inishowen Peninsula is a marvel and we were glad to have explored a different side of Ireland.
