This is our second time staying here and we absolutely loved it. It feels so homey and calm. There’s loads to do nearby but it’s also a lovely place to spend time in the garden. Only thing was the washing machine that was very mouldy. We ran a cleaner but it didn’t do much. Other than that, it is absolutely perfect and we will definitely be returning!

If you're a writer, reader or artist and you want no contact with the outside world or your hosts then this is your place. No phone signal. No landline. No Wifi. No tv. The nearest food and gas are miles away. No nearby pub or post office or even a red box phone. Beautiful rivers, squirrels and birds are your company. Best of luck if you have an emergency or need anything at all. There's no welcome book or instructions for the washer, dishwasher or thermostat and the shower doesn't work. The owner-host has been warned by Airbnb previously and still has not completed the work satisfactorily. I would avoid this place until it's up to scratch.

We had a lovely few days break here, the outdoor space was fantastic, our youngest throughly enjoyed the freedom of the hugh garden, and our eldest like exploring the footpaths and finding the water fall. would certainly recommend.

A lovely week was had in the cottage. The cottage is a great place to get away from everything, its only surrounded by nature and the only noise you will hear is wildlife and the stream. Our dogs loved the large garden which also would be enjoyed by those with a young family. The cottage was fully equipped with everything you need for a home away from home experience. The welcome package was a nice gesture and set you up from the beginning. In my opinion the only thing that lets this cottage down is the shower however we were happy to make use of the bath so wasn't an issue. The cottage was a good base location wise for exploring what north wales has to offer with most things being within an hours drive. Wouldn't hesitate to return for a stay here.

What a beautiful place this is. I wanted peace and quiet and that’s exactly what I got, wonderful cottage in lovely surroundings. Highly recommend.
